Jeremy Porter is a seasoned real estate and property management professional with nearly two decades of experience delivering exceptional results. Licensed since 2006, Jeremy has built a reputation for integrity, precision, and a client-first mindset. His extensive background includes managing and renovating hundreds of properties for both clients and his personal investment portfolio, giving him unmatched insight into maximizing property value and optimizing returns.

In 2007, Jeremy expanded into property management, quickly distinguishing himself in the field. While working for a nationally recognized relocation firm based in New York, he was named the top property manager in the country — a testament to his dedication, skill, and consistent delivery of excellence.

Now leading Cani Property Management, Jeremy champions a philosophy that goes far beyond simple rent collection. He sees property management as a relationship of trust, honoring the responsibility of caring for clients’ most significant investments. At CANI Property Management, Angelia leads initiatives focused on investor growth, portfolio performance, and long-range planning. Lora San Juan​

Leasing and Administrative Coordinator

Lora is responsible for supporting daily property management operations by handling leasing activities and providing administrative assistance that includes coordinating lease applications, preparing lease documents, and maintaining accurate tenant records.

 

Additionally, she assists with resident inquiries, manages office communications, and ensures compliance with company policies and leasing procedures.

Megara Haire

Assistant Property Manager

 

Megara Haire serves as an Assistant Property Manager, bringing a fresh and enthusiastic perspective to the property management industry. Specializing in tenant communication, property photography, and detailed document review, Megara ensures a seamless experience for both residents and property owners. She is skilled in preparing thorough move-in and move-out reports, supporting smooth transitions and protecting clients’ investments.

In addition to her professional abilities, Megara is a talented vocalist and accomplished baritone player, bringing creativity, discipline, and an eye for detail to every aspect of her work. Her combination of artistic passion and commitment to excellence makes her a valued member of the property management team.

Social Media & Marketing Specialist

Fatima is the creative force behind our marketing. She handles 90% of our social media strategy and execution, manages website updates, and oversees all marketing initiatives—including virtual staging, graphics, and creative content designed to attract both owners and tenants.

Community Engagement Officer

​Shella manages our community outreach and engagement efforts. She focuses on strengthening our presence across local platforms by sharing listings that need additional exposure in targeted Facebook groups and other community forums, helping properties move faster.
