In 2007, Jeremy expanded into property management, quickly distinguishing himself in the field. While working for a nationally recognized relocation firm based in New York, he was named the top property manager in the country — a testament to his dedication, skill, and consistent delivery of excellence.
Now leading Cani Property Management, Jeremy champions a philosophy that goes far beyond simple rent collection. As CEO, Angelia leads the company’s strategic direction, brand evolution, and long-range growth. She is known for building strong systems, simplifying complexity, and helping businesses move from reactive decision-making to intentional leadership.

Business Development Manager
Jennifer Bickel is the Business Development Manager for Volusia and Flagler Counties at CANI Property Management. She focuses on growing CANI’s regional presence, building strategic partnerships, and developing strong relationships with property owners, investors, and referral partners throughout the area.
Having called the area home since 2013, Jennifer brings more than a decade of connection to the Volusia-Flagler market along with a professional background shaped by more than 30 years of relationship-driven experience. With a foundation in real estate and mortgage-related services, she brings industry familiarity, professionalism, and a strong ability to connect with people in a way that builds trust and long-term opportunity.
Jennifer is known for her professionalism, follow-through, and ability to create meaningful connections that support long-term growth. Megara Haire serves as an Assistant Property Manager, bringing a fresh and enthusiastic perspective to the property management industry. Leasing and Administrative Coordinator
Lora is responsible for supporting daily property management operations by handling leasing activities and providing administrative assistance that includes coordinating lease applications, preparing lease documents, and maintaining accurate tenant records.
Additionally, she assists with resident inquiries, manages office communications, and ensures compliance with company policies and leasing procedures.

Social Media & Marketing Specialist
Fatima is the creative force behind our marketing. She handles 90% of our social media strategy and execution, manages website updates, and oversees all marketing initiatives, including virtual staging, graphics, and creative content designed to attract both owners and tenants.
